Elevating Mental Fitness


"Unpick the past and power the present" is a term I use to remind me to let go of the things that no longer serve me and to remain rooted in the present. 


Easier said than done,  is what I usually hear back. Maybe partially true, that is, until you start to realise how much more we are capable of .


Understanding how our thoughts and emotions interplay with our energy levels is a great step in starting to unpick past events that often hold us back in life.


Couple this with simple yet powerful techniques allows us to remove mental and emotional blockages that keep us from greater happiness and success.


Having spent  many years working in technology sales travelling throughout Europe and beyond meeting many incredible people I spent the last 20 years studying and practising simple techniques to let go of (unpick) the past  to  enjoy being in the moment (the present)


Healthy Mind Dynamics is a unique amalgamation of 20 years of learning and realisation that we all hold within us the key to a happier and more successful life. 


I have now combined these experiences, techniques and teachings into three elements -
