One to one sessions are designed to focus directly on the issues that prevent you moving forward in life.
Events from the past, often forgotten and buried, can shape habits and behaviors that do not align with our true selves, leaving us wondering why we act the way we do.
These sessions help to reduce or remove emotions such as stress, anxiety, traumas, grief to name a few.
These sessions last around 90 minutes and can be done via video call or in person.
